Yes! Your organization administrator can generate the email/text with the link.
Please be sure and check your junk mail folder or spam folder. If you still have tried several times and not gotten any communications, please send an email to support@punchalert.com with your name and phone number and we will be able to get it reset quickly.
Right now that is up to you. In the future we will be enforcing password expirations. We will announce that policy prior to it being put in place. For organizational customers it will probably be a setting that can be matched to their internal policy. If your organization is using Okta to login, then a password expiration policy is already in place and being enforced through Okta.
